The Madassery Family (Our branch) formed by the union of Madassery Rajan and Nambiaruveetil Sarala Menon in 1973. Two years later, they had a daughter, Sreedevi. Eight years after their marriage, Rajan and Sarala had a son, Sreekumar, who is married to Aparna Unni and reside in Chicago Illinois.

    After working at Indian Aluminum Company for 17years, through the help of his brother, Sukumar Madassery, Rajan along with Sarala brought their two children to America and have lived in the Chicago suburbs ever since.

    Since coming to America, Rajan has successfully advanced as an electrical/mechanical/robotic engineer and currently, with Sarala, have been working hard in various business ventures.

     Sukumar Madassery now lives in Irinjalakuda, India, near the home that he was born in.  

    Sreedevi Madassery lives in Atlanta with two children, Sarbina and Shaan. She has a passion for Dance and is one of the most talented people you will ever meet. Sabrina is a sweetheart and great big sister,  and Shaan tries to run the show any chance he gets, while being really good at baseball.

     Aparna Madassery is the daughter of Kannambra Koch Unni and Neduvelil Anju Unni. She attended the Univesity of Illinois at Chicago for undergraduate school and finshed her MBA at Indiana University. She has a brother, Anjan, who attends Walter Payton Academy and is starting his Senior year.

    Sreekumar Madassery received his bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University, and his Medical Degree from Chicago Medical School. He is currently in a Radiology Resident at Rush Medical Center.

    Stuey Madassery is a black and white Jack Russel Terrier & Chihahua mix that is currently one and a half years old.
